Getaway with WIPA Seattle on the Hood Canal this November as we highlight the diversity around us! After a cocktail hour networking with members and non members we will spend the evening learning from our speaker Jax as we discuss strategies for building cultural awareness and sensitivity.
About Our Speaker
Jacqueline (aka Jax) Vizcaíno is an award-winning Latina entrepreneur and author. She founded an Atlanta based wedding planning and design firm , Tinted Events. She has served as International Director of DEI and Chapter Success for WIPA. Through her work, she advocates for equitable education, treatment, and positive mentorship to empower wedding entrepreneurs to achieve their best creative self. Join Jacqueline in her presentation as she shares strategies for unmasking unconscious bias and building cultural awareness and sensitivity.
